On June 17, 18 and 19, 2019, the Mahavir Kmina Corporation held its first Grand Bazaar, an event intended to raise funds for the donation of our prostheses. There, various corporate products were offered (caps, t-shirts, mugs, etc.), as well as a wide variety of items that were received as donations by Tronex, including flashlights, batteries, chargers, computer cases, light bulbs , HDMI cables, auxiliary audio and many other useful products for the home or office.

The exhibition, added to a prior effort to raise awareness among the directors of 45 organizations installed in the La Troja industrial unit, where the Corporation has its headquarters, achieved the active participation of a large group of people during the three days it was open to the public. . The funds raised will be used in the manufacture of lower limb prostheses that will be delivered free of charge to amputees.

The results of the event were so positive that Juan Rodrigo Mejía, executive director of the Corporation, has already announced his intention to institutionalize it as a recurring activity within fundraising strategies. The next one will be held between October and December of the current year and it is expected that it will include the involvement of organizations beyond the confines of La Troja.
