How is the process?
If you want to request a prosthesis, the first step is to tell us your case. Then the process for the donation of your prosthesis is developed as follows:
1. Admission to the program
By contacting us, we will take your information and enter it into our system.
2.Time to wait
You enter a waiting list; the time to wait is usually 1 to 2 months. Be patient.
3.Assignment of appointment
We will call you when it is time to visit our service center.
4. psychological session
You will meet with a psychologist to give you emotional support
5.Physical evaluation
A specialist will evaluate your health to offer a service according to your needs.
6. Taking measures
We will take the measurements of your stump to make a prosthesis only for you.
7.Manufacturing
We take 1 to 3 days to manufacture your prosthesis. It's super fast!
8.Delivery and adaptation
We give you your prosthesis and you start your rehabilitation in our Adaptation Area.
